Tom Jones

Farmer Tom rears Hereford and Dexter beef along with a few traditional breeds of lamb and mutton at his farm in west Herefordshire. Tom’s meats are hands down the best grass fed, hung for a month, jam packed with flavour we have ever tasted. Reared using traditional farming methods, Tom champions the fact that all the animal have led happy, trouble free lives.
