Henstone Distillery
Henstone Distillery was established in Oswestry, Shropshire in 2017 by Chris and Alexandra Toller, and Shane and Alison Parr. Shane and Alison also run an established brewery (Stonehouse Brewery) and the distillery is based at the brewery site. They spent several years planning the venture and after receiving a grant from the RDPE they installed an impressive 1000 litre still, affectionately named Hilda.
Their aim is to create the best quality products for people like us who enjoy sophisticated, classic spirits, but with that small batch twist.
Multi-award winning, it's hard to find distillers who are distilling from scratch, base alcohol and all producing whisky, gin, vodka, amongst others.
