Augernik Fruit Farm
The family run Augernik Farm have been growing fruit since 1989. They grow blueberries, gooseberries, rhubarb, cherries, pears, apples, apricots, greengages, raspberries, damsons, mirabelles, cobnuts, walnuts, almonds and sweet chesnuts.
Produce is grown without any artificial chemicals, making wonderfully natural, wholesome and delicious crops. The plants are protected and nurtured using natural methods, with the farm being a member of the Wholesome Food Association.
The farm is off grid with the owners producing all of their own energy using sun and wind, minimising impact on the environment - as a consequence the farm has become a haven for wildlife including buzzards, barn owls, doormice and honey buzzards.
